At Nawabi, every piece undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch. However, in rare cases, if you face any issue, please go through our return & exchange guidelines carefully.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

  • Items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate the request. This helps us verify and process your case smoothly.

  • Products purchased in SALE like EOS, or Big sales, cannot be exchanged/returned.

  • A reverse shipment fee of 200 will be charged or shipping charges for your location whichever is higher

  • Return only accpetable if product is damaged or wrong.

Size-Related Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds. However, you can exchange your order for the same item in another size (if available) or for an item of higher value.

  • Any price difference for a higher-value product must be prepaid before dispatch.

Process

  2. We will arrange the pickup from your address.

  3. Once your return is received and verified, the exchange item will be dispatched.

  4. Our team will guide you at every step to ensure a smooth process.

Important Guidelines

  • Exchanges are only possible if the unboxing video clearly shows damage/torn issues or if there’s a valid size concern.

  • No cancellation is allowed once the exchange order has been placed.

  • Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact at the time of return.
