Eligibility for Return / Exchange

Items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 5 days from the date of delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate the request. This helps us verify and process your case smoothly.

Products purchased in SALE like EOS, or Big sales, cannot be exchanged/returned.

A reverse shipment fee of 200 will be charged or shipping charges for your location whichever is higher
- Return only accpetable if product is damaged or wrong.
Size-Related Exchanges

We do not offer refunds. However, you can exchange your order for the same item in another size (if available) or for an item of higher value.

Any price difference for a higher-value product must be prepaid before dispatch.
